Dental Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Dental Clinic Assistant (Female) to be the welcoming face of our dental clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and comfortable environment while ensuring smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using dental practice software
• Handle patient check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Verify insurance details and assist with claims and billing inquiries
• Maintain a clean and inviting reception area
• Answer general questions about services, procedures, and policies
• Collect payments and provide receipts
• Communicate with dental staff to coordinate daily operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,530.88 per month
