Duties & Responsibilities : People & HR Operations Set up policies, onboarding procedures, and team culture frameworks. Define and track KPIs for individuals. Design and execute a performance review system. Help determine pay structures for future hires. Be a point of contact for team communication and coordination. Business Strategy & Market Development Assist in market research and competitive analysis for product validation. Identify new product or service opportunities based on market needs. Work with the founder to refine go-to-market strategies. Education & Qualifications MBA in HR, Marketing or a related business specialization.
