As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist at JobTalk.AI, you will play a key role in taking our revolutionary SaaS product, an AI Voice Agent designed for recruiters, to the market. Your responsibilities will involve sourcing leads, engaging with recruitment influencers, and driving demo requests from staffing firms and corporate recruiting teams globally. JobTalk.AI is at the forefront of disrupting the recruitment industry by introducing an AI Voice Agent that eliminates the need for manual cold calling. Our innovative technology can make hundreds of calls within minutes, identify pre-qualified candidates, and significantly reduce the time, energy, and cost spent by recruiters. With multilingual support, this product is a game-changer eagerly awaited by staffing companies and large enterprises. We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in GTM at a rapidly growing SaaS company, a proven track record in lead sourcing and pipeline development, the ability to collaborate with influencers to expand product reach, strong skills in demo enablement and B2B sales coordination, and familiarity with recruitment technology or HRTech, which is a bonus. Your target audience will include staffing companies with 50+ recruiters, corporations with 10+ internal recruiters, and global markets that JobTalk.AI serves in multiple languages. As a GTM Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass building and executing the GTM strategy for JobTalk.AI, engaging with influencers in the recruitment industry, sourcing high-potential leads, managing outbound campaigns, driving demo requests, supporting sales in converting prospects, and continuously optimizing campaign performance.
