The person will also support light content & marketing for Gozoer Sports and our real estate channel. --- Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales & Export Operations – (Primary: Sporia Sports) Respond to international client inquiries on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email Follow up on leads and maintain CRM/lead trackers Coordinate with vendors for production & dispatch Prepare proforma invoices, quotations, and export documents Handle backend logistics and post-order support Maintain reports and ensure timely delivery 🔹 Marketing & Content (Secondary: Gozoer Sports + Real Estate) Post and manage basic social content (via Canva, scheduling tools) Collect academy/venue leads for platform listings (Gozoer) Assist in uploading real estate posts (Instagram/YouTube Shorts) Coordinate with external freelancers/designers for content work 🔹 Admin & Founder Support Maintain work reports and daily task tracker Help improve workflow systems and internal SOPs Take ownership of key backend responsibilities --- Who Should Apply? ✅ Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with local sportswear vendors and tailors to ensure production is aligned with order specifications. Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished goods before dispatch. Manage order flow from production to final packaging and shipping. Monitor and control the packaging process to ensure brand standards are met. Ensure timely communication with the central operations team regarding order status. Share timely photos/videos of work progress and finished products. Handle dispatch coordination and courier handovers as per given instructions. Maintain basic documentation for each order (QC checklist, vendor bills, dispatch proof, etc.) --- 🧩 Requirements: Based in Meerut or nearby (must be available for on-ground coordination) Prior experience in quality control, production, or vendor management (especially in garments or sportswear) Strong attention to detail Ability to manage and prioritize multiple orders at once Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Smartphone with WhatsApp and basic photography skills for order reporting 💰 Compensation: Project-Based Payment – paid per order or project.
