Opportunity with Nandan Petrochem Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for oils, lubricants and greases business as a Manager - Water Treatment who will be based in our Head Office at Goregaon East in Mumbai . JOB PURPOSE : Designs and Maintain / Monitor Operations of Water Treatment units comprising of DM units, RO+DM+MB, RO+MB, RO+RO+MB combination and work on treatment of RO Waste Water and MB Regeneration Waste to achieve ZLD Norms on PAN India Basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Identifying the Suppliers PAN India for Supply of Water Treatment units to handle the various TDS of Water and provide output of lesser than 5 conductivity at outlet of the System. Conduct Water Analysis on the Water Test report received from proposed Location. Working on Design finalisation with the Supplier based on the quotes, Water Report received and Scheme received from Suppliers. Provide optimised System for treatment of Water for respective Locations. Daily monitoring of the Water Treatment units of the company and ensure proper preventive maintenance and Nil Break down. Working on early signalling of Replacement of Spares and Components to avoid Break down. Sourcing of cost-effective Chemicals and consumables for Water treatment plants. Visiting the Locations of the Company and conducting training and health check-up of the systems. Preparing, submitting, and maintaining accurate reports and records on plant operations, orders for chemicals and supplies, accurate records on chemical usage, plant pumping, and other purification activities ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Should have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in water treatment with a manufacturing setup. Should be a graduate. B.Tech. / M.Tech in Chemical is added advantage. Should have good communication skills.
