As a Salesforce Developer at Diligent, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and implementing elegant solutions within our Salesforce instance. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand objectives and provide technical support, leading the design and deployment on the Force.com platform, and building custom solutions using Apex, Lightning (LWC, Aura), and Visualforce. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing complex integrations between SFDC and other systems, supporting Salesforce communities, maintaining the security model, and supporting 3rd party applications integrated to Salesforce. You will be expected to proactively conduct extensive system testing to ensure efficiency and compliance with development methodologies, implement solutions using standard Salesforce functionality, create and maintain detailed business documentation, and automate processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining a positive end-user experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Service Cloud. Strong proficiency in Force.com Platform skills, certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud, as well as experience with UI/UX technologies, Enterprise Salesforce integration, CTI integration, and Salesforce/3rd-party ETL tools are highly desired. You should possess excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, along with a passion for problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects. Being comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments and having a strong quantitative and analytical mindset are also essential for success in this role.
