As a Training Delivery & Content Development specialist at our company, your primary responsibility will be to conduct engaging instructor-led (ILT) and virtual training sessions on Blue Yonder's modules, including Demand360 (D360), Inventory Optimizer (IO), and the Fulfillment Module. This will involve covering topics such as demand classification, forecasting techniques, inventory segmentation, safety stock calculations, and more. You will also be tasked with developing comprehensive training materials such as user guides, presentations, exercises, and case studies, all tailored to the specific roles and needs of the audience, including planners, analysts, and leadership. In addition to training delivery, your role will require you to serve as a Subject Matter Expert, offering hands-on guidance on forecasting models like ARIMA and ML-based approaches, safety stock methodologies, and RecShip logic. You will be expected to share best practices related to demand planning, inventory optimization, and fulfillment strategies, as well as address real-world business challenges through interactive problem-solving sessions. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in promoting user adoption and support for Blue Yonder tools within the organization. This will involve assisting in change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of Blue Yonder solutions, conducting post-training assessments to evaluate knowledge retention, and providing ongoing support through Q&A sessions and troubleshooting assistance. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects of this role, requiring you to work closely with Blue Yonder implementation teams to align training programs with system configurations. You will be responsible for gathering feedback from training sessions to enhance the quality of training materials and programs continually. Keeping abreast of new Blue Yonder features and industry trends will also be essential to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the training content you develop and deliver.,
