You will be part of a nurturing environment where you can contribute to something truly extraordinary and make a tangible difference for companies and the environment. **What You'll Do for Us:** - Lead the complete lifecycle of projects, from design to deployment of o9's solutions for customers across various industries and geographies. - Translate business requirements into the o9 platform, creating a clear, achievable blueprint. Lead blueprinting sessions, document business requirements, design decisions, and data dependencies. - Collaborate with a team of experts to configure solutions that address deep operational and supply chain challenges and establish robust performance monitoring processes. - Assist customers in issue resolution, defect tracking, analysis, and resolution processes. - Provide valuable input for improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by collaborating with development and operations teams. - Support customer demonstrations and act as a mentor to junior team members. **What You'll Have:** - Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning applications is essential. Proficiency in statistical, optimization, and simulation skills using tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar is desirable. - Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP. Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar are advantageous. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation purposes. - Experience in deploying planning solutions concerning business requirement determination, solution and process design decisions, best practices, and value delivery. - Familiarity with agile methodology for delivering large-scale enterprise implementations. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams distributed across locations and time zones. - Education: Masters Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering). **What We'll Do for You:** - Offer a competitive salary with stock options for eligible candidates. - Operate with a flat organizational structure that fosters an entrepreneurial culture without corporate politics. - Provide a dynamic and enjoyable work environment with great colleagues. - Offer the opportunity to make a significant impact in a scale-up environment. - Allow for onsite travel during specific project phases. - Support network for continuous learning within a diverse, international working environment. - Promote work-life balance and a sense of belonging to a team.
