Job Description

As a Demand Forecasting Analyst, your role will involve working independently to gather and analyze data, develop monthly sales forecasts for key product families with $2040 million in annual revenue, and effectively communicate forecast updates and drivers to Marketing and Factory leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5 years experience in demand planning and forecasting, supply chain analytics, and order fulfillment. - Develop monthly sales forecasts using historical data and business inputs. - Analyze trends and identify issues to improve forecast accuracy. - Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Factory teams to align plans. - Monitor inventory levels and support supply-demand balancing. - Present forecast updates and insights to leadership. - Continuously improve forecasting tools and processes. - Stay updated on industry best practices and tools through training and research. - Identify and resolve supply-demand mismatches, contributing to improved service levels and reduced excess inventory. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in forecasting tools such as SAP MM, SAP SD, and Advanced Excel. - Basic experience in PowerBI is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,
