We are seeking a proactive Operations/Admin Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations, including order processing, client communication, vendor coordination, and reporting. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflow and providing the owner with accurate information for decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Client Management Prepare and issue quotations, order confirmations, and dispatch notes. Follow up with clients on approvals, delivery schedules, and payments. Maintain CRM / Excel tracker of inquiries, orders, and deliveries. Vendor & Production Coordination Liaise with suppliers for material status and delivery timelines. Assist production team in scheduling jobs based on client orders. Track job completion and ensure timely dispatch. Accounts & Reporting Maintain records of receivables and payables in coordination with Accounts. Generate weekly cash flow and outstanding reports. Support in reconciliation of client/vendor ledgers. Administration & Documentation Keep records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans. Prepare MIS dashboards (Orders booked, dispatched, payments received). Support compliance/documentation requirements as needed. Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Engineering (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, or admin role. Strong organizational & follow-up skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP/CRM is a plus. Good communication skills in English and [local language].
