The role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage key accounts for the Delrin® business, with a strong focus on building lasting customer relationships and uncovering new business opportunities, particularly within the consumer goods and electronics industries. This role involves close collaboration with global key account and marketing managers to drive local business growth, while leveraging a deep understanding of Delrin’s value proposition and competitive landscape to identify opportunities in adjacent markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategic account plans, analyzing market trends and value chains, and developing growth strategies tailored to the Indian market to meet and exceed business objectives. Responsibilities: Manage key accounts for Delrin® business, build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application/business development, especially in consumer goods, electronics industries. Work with global key account manager and global marketing managers to support the local business growth. Understand Delrin® value proposition and competitive benchmarking to identify a new opportunity at the adjacent market. Create/Develop/Implement local/global account plans for major customers. Understand the entire value chains, market trend, strength/weakness, threat, and related business opportunities for the responsible segment. Develop growth strategies for growth in India market, and execute it to achieve the business goals. Adherence to company core values, code of conduct Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above required, prefer major in Polymer, Material Science, Engineering, Automotive and etc. Good in English, with great communication skills. 10+ years in sales & development for a multinational company Excellent key accounts developing experience and skills. Experience of managing distributor is a plus. A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve business goals. Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, initiative, results oriented. Systems and tools: Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (desirable). 50%+ travel time are required. Show more Show less
