Job Description

As the Technical Support Specialist at Dell, your role will involve being the first point of contact for customers facing technical issues with Dell products, particularly in the advanced storage attached network (SAN) and network attached storage (NAS) environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing log files and all relevant information to effectively troubleshoot and resolve storage issues. - Addressing complex technical issues in a high-pressure customer-centric environment, with a focus on enhancing processes, standards, and strategies to optimize our Support Service. - Possessing knowledge in Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, Block/File level management, and Disaster recovery, which will be highly advantageous in your role. In addition to the general role overview provided above, the job description specifies grade-specific details focusing on Industrial Operations Engineering.
