Job Description

As a Delivery Senior Manager at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will be responsible for managing and driving Major Incident Management Bridge Calls, ensuring team participation, providing technical troubleshooting support, and engaging second level/NTT DATA support when necessary. You will act as the technical point of contact and escalation point for the Customer for enterprise compute delivery teams. It is essential to have hands-on experience in at least two technologies such as Cloud or Virtual platforms, Windows/Linux, Network, Backup/Storage, DB, or Middleware. You should be flexible to work in 24/7 shift timings, preferably during US hours. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing (internally and with the customer) delivery and SLA metrics with the enterprise compute delivery team and addressing them through Service Improvement Plans focusing on skills, performance, and attrition. - Tracking and closing action items identified internally and by the customer. - Preparing and facilitating operation review meetings with customers. - Ensuring account compliance and operations including onboarding and offboarding, security training. - Driving continuous service improvement initiatives with tangible business outcomes and SLA achievement. - Participating in customer calls & meetings and Delivery team meetings. - Supporting the standardization of tool sets and identifying opportunities for savings and optimization. Basic Qualifications required for this role are: - Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or relevant technical degrees. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager. - Good knowledge of Cloud or Virtual platforms. - Strong communication skills - both Written and Verbal.
