Position: Delivery Manager - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Experience: 15 - 20 years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: 0-30 days You should have Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Migration projects, with strong knowledge of AEM architecture. Responsibilities Lead multi-disciplinary teams to translate client requirements into solution visions and high-level architecture. Oversee design, implementation, and integrations in large agile projects or product engineering teams. Manage globally distributed teams for CMS (AEM), Commerce solutions, and QA, ensuring effective planning and execution. Provide thought leadership on Digital Experience Platforms, leveraging CMS (AEM) and Commerce tools. Develop and maintain project schedules, communication plans, risk plans, and ensure project profitability. Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and address challenges to ensure successful project outcomes. Allocate resources effectively and monitor workloads to maintain productivity and prevent burnout. Implement quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet defined standards. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and seeking feedback for improvement. Facilitate SAFe events, ensure adherence to Lean-Agile principles, and track/report program performance. Experience 14+ years in Commerce and Content solution implementation, including 6+ years in Program Management. Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Migration projects, with strong knowledge of AEM architecture. Bachelors degree in computer science (or related field) and 8+ years of software development experience. Expertise in CMS (mandatory AEM knowledge), eCommerce solutions, and end-to-end solutions involving commerce, content, and integrations. Proven experience leading large teams, technology engagements, and UI/UX design work with clients. Skilled in estimation, planning, reporting, and managing digital projects from concept to completion. SAFe Agile Certified or equivalent, with a professional, consultative mindset and excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service excellence.
