Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee our product engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and delivery management within a product engineering environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

PreferredBackground:

15+ years in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Exposure to both delivery and commercial functions.
Experience across domains, with the flexibility to adapt and scale in new areas.
Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.

Responsibilities:

Act as an
SBU Head
own the vision, strategy and roadmap to grow the company as a strategic asset.
Work with senior stakeholders to
define growth strategy
including talent planning, capability building, and service line expansion.
Demonstrate a
commercial mindset
: mine existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and support client engagement initiatives.
Build and mentor a
high-performing team
, focusing on leadership development, domain capability, and delivery excellence.
Establish strong internal processes and governance to scale delivery while ensuring agility and innovation.
Drive thought leadership and bring innovative ideas to expand the scope and relevance of the SBU.
Lead and manage the delivery of product engineering projects.
Oversee talent management and team development.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
