The role requires efficient route planning, professional communication, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver packages/documents as per the assigned schedule. Ensure timely and safe delivery to the correct addresses. Obtain proper signatures and proof of delivery. Plan routes to optimize fuel efficiency and timely delivery. Handle parcels with care and report any damages or delays immediately. Maintain delivery logs and reports using mobile apps or paperwork. Communicate with dispatch teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Collect payment if Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable. Ensure vehicle/bike (if provided) is in good condition. IT Engineer- Automation : Responsible for systems testing. The role includes analysing and reviewing systems requirements with development teams / SMEs to understand project objectives and gathering requirements to design reusable and maintainable functional and automated tests. Exposure to guide and lead a team to meet the objectives. Good in communication Responsibilities: • Participate in test planning, test case writing and test execution using a hybrid approach of automation and manual testing. • Conduct manual and automated test lead activities • Handle the defect lifecycle process, from reporting bugs to closure. • Identify and prepare test data for testing purposes. • Regularly updates the Test/Project Manager on progress and status. • Attend project related meeting as needed. • Maintain documentation for manual testing and automation within the project. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Perform other testing-related tasks as assigned by the project.
