Delivery Head - Retail / Consumer / Automotive domain

As a Delivery Head at QualityKiosk Technologies, you will be responsible for leading large-scale digital assurance programs, driving automation excellence, and ensuring customer success across complex ecosystems in the Consumer / Retail / Automotive domain. With over 15 years of experience in QA, Testing, and Automation, you will play a crucial role in managing testing deliveries and leading high-performing QA teams. **Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:** - Possess 15+ years of experience in the IT Industry, preferably in the service-based IT industry. - Demonstrate 8-12 years of proven capabilities in strategic project management and leading mid to large service-oriented teams, driving profitability, customer success, and people success agenda. - Showcase expertise in leading Agile, DevOps, technology, and digitization automation-driven projects. - Exhibit strong delivery and technology excellence. - Understand the business value to be delivered to clients with appropriate cost/quality. **Required Experience:** - Contribute to strategic and policy development and implementation. - Allocate accountability among staff, manage career development, and liaise with professional staff and other managers. - Apply advanced knowledge to the development of new methods, programs, and procedures. - Advise Senior Management on specialized testing issues and support new business propositions. **Key Activities:** - Undertake additional responsibilities/tasks as required. - Review and finalize the budget for the Engagement/s. - Provide strategic directions to the Testing Function in the organization. - Develop Testing Competency in line with organizational needs. - Implement new and best practices across testing projects. - Support Senior Management in making Testing-related business decisions. **Professional Qualification:** - B.Tech / B.E. / MCA (with good academic track record) + MBA (preferred). - Possess 1-2 globally accepted certifications.
