Delivery Executive

WE ARE HIRING FOR THE RIDERS TO SUPPLY MEDICINES TO THE CUSTOMERS FROM APOLLO PHARMACY.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivery: Safely transport medicines, medical supplies, and sometimes lab specimens to various locations, such as pharmacies, clinics, or patient homes.
• Logistics & Maintenance: Maintain delivery logs, handle invoices and payments, and ensure the safe transport of temperature-sensitive items.
• Communication: Coordinate with store staff, hospital staff, and customers to confirm delivery details and ensure timely delivery.
• Loading & Security: Load vehicles with medications/products and inspect delivery vehicles to ensure the safety and security of items during transit.
• Assistance: May involve assisting in a pharmacy with tasks like cleaning or loading vehicles when deliveries are not scheduled.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are often essential.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (e.g., 20 pounds or more) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal staff.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for tasks like handling logs and ensuring accuracy in deliveries.
• Punctuality: Ability to work independently and emphasize punctuality for timely deliveries.
• Experience: Experience in delivery, logistics, or the medical sector is often preferred.
