Job Description

· Managing and coordinating the delivery process of BCOS mattresses and DVT. · Cleaning the Mattress and DVT preparing for delivery to Hospitals and homecare. · Couriering the infected mattress and covers for cleaning to our cleaning facility in Trivandrum. · Servicing and Troubleshooting Complaint Mattress and DVT. · Collecting the reports and Delivery/Return Challans and updating to the Accounts Dept. on daily basis. · Packing and Couriering documents and Inventory. · Managing and Co-ordinating the delivery of Inventory to Hospitals · Troubleshooting the Complaint Air mattress, DVT and reporting to Operation Dept. · Documenting the Cheques, Delivery, Returns, Letters, BOE, AWB etc. · Stock taking in weekly basis and send reports to RM & accounts department. · Generate sales by creating good rapport with the Nursing department. · Maintain the company vehicle neat and clean.
