Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Executive to join our team. As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up and deliver packages to designated locations within the specified area. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups. - Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently. - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery timings and resolve issues if any. - Ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods. - Assist in loading and unloading items if required. - Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving. - Report any delivery or vehicle-related issues promptly. - Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards customers. Requirements: - Valid driver’s license (appropriate for the vehicle used for deliveries). - Good knowledge of local roads and traffic rules. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Ability to lift and carry heavy packages. - Prior experience in a delivery role is preferred but not mandatory. - Must be punctual, reliable, and organized. -Not be indulged in activities like drinking and smoking. Preferred Skills: - Basic smartphone knowledge for navigating and managing deliveries through apps. - Customer service-oriented mindset.
