As a Delivery Person at Delhivery, you will be responsible for efficiently picking up, transporting, and delivering parcels to customers on a daily basis. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time role, based in Chintamani, offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities for remote work. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service and training skills, along with expertise in logistics management and transportation. Prior experience in Food & Beverage would be advantageous. Holding a valid driving license with a clean driving record is essential for this position. You must demonstrate excellent time management and organizational abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently and dependably. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, additional qualifications would be a bonus.
