Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including dates, times, and delivery confirmations. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the delivery vehicle is in good working condition and addressing any maintenance needs. Safety: Adhering to safety protocols, including driving safely and wearing seatbelts. Additional Duties (depending on the company or role): Scanning and Tracking: Using scanning devices to track packages and deliveries. Addressing Issues: Dealing with discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery issues. Communication: Communicating with dispatchers, supervisors, or other team members regarding delivery status or issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Driving skills: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are typically required.
