Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Create and deliver below customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service Resource planning and deployment (Segmentation, targeting, call plan management) Field Performance excellence (goal setting, incentive design & modelling, Incentive operations and reporting) Field Excellence reporting and insights Designs and/or maintains various technology based solutions that optimizes field excellence activities based on Country commercial excellence needs through varied variety of evolving infrastructure landscape including but not limited to Data ETL platforms (Alteryx, SQL, Databricks, etc.) Workflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, RPA, etc) Analytical platforms and methods (viz Excel, R, Python, Data Science, Machine learning) Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function Develops and maintains knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc Support team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization Participate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes Comply to all Sandoz operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements What you ll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: Education (minimum/desirable): Graduate / Post Graduate in Technology or Data Science related domains Languages: Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage Experience: - Experience (1-3 years) in analytics based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain - Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment - Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach - Proven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data enable solutions - Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment - Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery - Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity You ll receive: Breakdown of benefits received in this role. The Manager/Sr. Manager, Business Analysis & Delivery is responsible for overseeing the structure, execution, and success of the delivery organization encompassing Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Project Analysts, and Delivery Managers. This role ensures seamless client-facing solution delivery by optimizing project execution, enhancing task clarity, upholding documentation standards, and aligning team efforts with business outcomes. This position partners closely with cross-functional leaders across technical services and client success to uphold delivery excellence, support workforce planning, and maintain operational consistency. The emphasis is on tactical leadership in project coordination, client engagement, and execution support, without direct oversight of development or QA functions. Team Leadership and Development Lead and mentor a high-performing team of BSAs, Project Analysts, and Delivery Managers, fostering a culture of strong execution and career growth. Define clear team roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations to ensure consistent success across delivery pods. Support hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and contribute to onboarding processes for new team members. Promote a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment across global teams. Project & Delivery Oversight Monitor delivery execution across pods/accounts, ensuring visibility and coordination. Guide BSA and Analyst task execution to ensure clarity, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Align Delivery Managers on sprint planning, issue management, and stakeholder communication. Track timelines, manage resource allocation, and report on delivery health metrics. BSA and Delivery Operations Management Implement and maintain frameworks for BSA deliverables, documentation consistency, and requirement traceability. Support Project Analysts in handling documentation, scope tracking, and handoff coordination. Ensure Delivery Managers maintain proper reporting structures, accountability models, and KPIs. Drive consistency through standard operating procedures and execution best practices. Process and Performance Optimization Monitor throughput, documentation standards, and cadence to identify trends and performance gaps. Standardize scalable processes and tools to increase delivery effectiveness across verticals. Address inefficiencies and resolve team collaboration gaps proactively. Partner with Client Services, Product, and Technical leadership to align capabilities and staffing with evolving demand. Strategic Execution and Leadership Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities, staffing plans, and performance goals. Provide accurate team availability and delivery capacity projections. Deliver presentations and reports showcasing team impact, delivery health, and process improvements. Champion delivery best practices to maintain trust and alignment with stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in technical project or solution delivery, including leadership in client services or consulting. - 5+ years managing cross-functional roles such as BSAs, Delivery Managers, or Project Analysts. - Solid understanding of delivery governance, client collaboration, sprint methodologies, and team operations. - Strong communication skills with a track record of driving operational outcomes in matrixed environments. - Experience in martech, data integration, or platform-based delivery environments. Preferred: - Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Snowflake, SQL, Jira, and Confluence. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) in client delivery use cases. - Experience with delivery analytics, reporting, and scalable systems. - Proven success in fostering cross-functional collaboration and delivery system evolution.,

Ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables through a structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the services. You will promote synergy and best practice sharing among team members, maintaining exemplary communication with all stakeholders, including internal associates and stakeholders through regular updates focusing on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes, and key events. Managing process flows and quality checklists to enable excellent quality deliverables within the function, you will develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets. Lead onboarding of new associates and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions enabling growth and improving quality deliverables. Co-lead operational governance with organizational regional and country leadership, complying with all Sandoz operating procedures as per legal/IT/HR requirements. Minimum Requirements Education: Graduate in an analytical field/ data science/ Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Medicine/ Science & Technology Languages: Fluency in English is a prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage Experience: 7+ years in Incentive Calculations, commercial execution/ design/ management consulting or pharmaceutical company. Understanding of Pharmaceutical business and its regulatory environment, experience in leading project teams, proven track record of delivery analytics, SFE, and insights for field excellence and/or data-enabled solutions. Ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence strategic decision-making, strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach, international company experience with exposure to a cross-cultural environment, customer service-oriented and consultative solution delivery.
