You will be responsible for delivering grocery orders by picking them up from the store and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery process. Communication plays a key role in this role as you will be required to liaise with the dispatch team and customers to provide real-time updates on the status of deliveries. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct regular maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure its proper functioning. You will have the opportunity to work locally within a 3 km radius of the store. In addition to the joining bonus, there is a performance bonus based on your achievements. Ideal candidates for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of total work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in driving a 2-wheeler. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for effective communication. Possessing an LMV License and Motorcycle Certification is advantageous for this position.
