• Deliver Packages: Transport goods, documents, or food items from the seller to the customer’s location.
• Verify Recipients: Confirm the identity of recipients before handing over packages.
• Update Delivery Status: Use the company’s app or website to update the status of deliveries.
• Collect Payments: Accept and record payments for delivered items when required.
• Maintain Vehicle: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled for efficient operation.
• Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Route Planning: Plan daily travel routes based on delivery locations and time constraints to optimize efficiency.
• Report Issues: Promptly report any delivery issues, accidents, or traffic violations to the management.
