Delay Analyst

As a Delay Analyst at HCI-Heavy Civil Infrastructure in Chennai, your role will involve having an overall experience of 10 to 15 years in infrastructure project works. You are required to hold a minimum qualification of B.E. in Civil Engineering, with a preference for a Post Graduation in Construction/Contracts Management. It is essential to have hands-on experience in MSP and PRIMAVERA P6. Your role will entail experience in Forensic delay analysis, knowledge in project planning, and scheduling management. You should have proficiency in dealing with prolongation cost claims, preparation of Extension of Time application, and Delay and Disruption cost claims. A good understanding of infrastructure project works and contract conditions such as FIDIC, NHPC, NPCIL is also necessary.
