Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of SMT equipment Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues Manage spare parts inventory and machine calibration Coordinate with Fuji service engineers for upgrades and support Maintain accurate documentation and implement maintenance schedules Correct placement offsets and calibrate feeders, nozzles, and cameras Support program changeovers and process optimization Monitor machine performance metrics (OEE, yield, downtime) Oversee daily operations on Fuji NXT lines Ensure manpower allocation and line balancing Support audits and compliance activities Mentor and evaluate operators and technicians Core Competencies Proficiency in Fuji NXT SMT systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Preventive maintenance planning and execution Process optimization and changeover management Spare parts and calibration control Compliance with quality and audit standards Effective team coordination and leadership Focus on improving OEE, yield, and reducing downtime
