We are in search of proficient candidates who possess expertise in procuring Spices, Dehydrated Vegetables, and Spray Dried Ingredients. As a Purchase Executive Operations responsible for Mevive India, the ideal candidate should meet the following basic requirements and qualifications: - Demonstrated excellent negotiation skills. - Result-oriented mindset with a high level of organization. - Procurement activities should align with sales requirements and specifications while meeting lead times and commitments effectively. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food Industry is mandatory. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is essential. Key Job Roles & Responsibilities include: - Managing the entire Purchase Portfolio, encompassing both Domestic and Imports. - Sustaining relationships with existing vendors and identifying new vendors for various product variants. - Maintaining regular communication with the Sales team to ensure stock and sample availability. - Overseeing the purchase of raw materials from the source to maintain competitiveness. - Ensuring timely receipt of materials to fulfill lead time commitments. - Anticipating sales enquiry patterns and exploring new product categories. - Tracking pending purchases and samples closely. - Providing daily reports to the Director. - Taking ownership of day-to-day official activities to ensure smooth operations. - Promoting a healthy work culture and environment within the organization.
