Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 1015 sales executives. Build and optimize the sales process (calling, follow-up, counseling, closures). Ensure daily monitoring of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Set weekly/monthly targets; track performance and deliver results. Train the team on product knowledge (NMIMS + BIA programs), objection handling, and pitch. Conduct one-on-one sessions, role plays, and sales reviews. Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion. Handle escalated client concerns and ensure smooth admissions. Prepare management reports and MIS. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of sales experience (Education / Training / EdTech preferred). Proven track record in target-based sales. Strong leadership, communication & counselling skills. Ability to analyze numbers and drive team performance. Experience in team handling is mandatory . Knowledge of CRM systems, calling process, and sales funnel management.
