As a Product Owner/Business Analyst for Workforce Optimization (WFO), you will be responsible for gathering requirements, developing use cases, and enhancing customer experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to capture and define/refine requirements effectively. Working closely with the Scrum Master, you will prioritize user stories and ensure the successful delivery of the product.
