Description for Internal Candidates We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation profession to lead implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. Sitting within the Total Rewards function in HR, this role will act as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy and working with the project team to ensure successful implementation. The role will work with a variety of senior stakeholders, including our internal WTW consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and wider HR. Job Title: Deferred Compensation Lead Segment: Corporate - Human Resources Shift Timing: US Shift 6.30 pm to 3.30 am Work Mode : Remote(work from home) The Role Execute on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and direction Engaging with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required Lead program socialization activities, including with senior business leaders Engage with other project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities. Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation. Effective stakeholder management planning and delivery, including coordination of the project status updates for leadership The Requirements Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex, global organisations Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite) Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leaders (including preparation of clear, concise and effective stakeholder materials). Strong leadership and organizational skills Proactive; takes initiative to solve problems, anticipate challenges and execute tasks Attention to detail; ensure accuracy and compliance of the programs. Ability to flex work hours to accommodate market transactions during U.S. hours Desirable: Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including understanding of union/works council considerations Experience working in a remote/hybrid manner in a global organisation Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred *Qualifications for Internal Candidates -Graduate Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile

Proven expertise in deferred compensation, executive search, job fairs, and talent management solutions. Strong track record in business development, client relationship management, and sales leadership. Ability to manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive regional profitability. Experience in branch expansion and new market penetration strategies. Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and leadership capabilities. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the HR services industry, preferably with exposure to the APAC region Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and multiple business units
