You will be responsible for providing testing services for one or more applications/projects within the Testing Tower. Your activities will include test design, execution, system testing (test planning, design, and execution to ensure end-to-end functionality), integration testing (testing the functionality of modules in an integrated environment), and regression testing (manual/automated testing of existing test scripts to ensure system functionality). You will participate in daily stand-up meetings and defect triage calls, work with third party suppliers for defect management, monitor, measure, control, and report to management on test progress, product quality, test results, and test completion. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to the test team, mentor team members, and manage resources effectively to ensure maximum utilization aligned with plan, budget, and timeframes. As a Hands-on AI Test Lead GxP, you will produce all GxP Testing Artefacts, be AI literate, work with AI Engineers, support business as Subject Matter Expert (SME), communicate with AI Engineers to ensure robust AI testing, and possess prompt engineering skills and understanding. You should have expertise in Prompt Engineering Skills, GenAI Assisted Testing Skills, AI Testing basics, and Software Test Management Skills including test case drafting, documentation, and tools like Jira.
