Role Hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist for a kids brand. Role Overview Looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure every single product we sell meets our rigorous QC standards. This role involves working closely with our customer success and operations teams to reduce returns, manage defects, and drive continuous improvements in product quality. Responsibilities 1. Manufacturing QC Work closely with vendors to ensure products meet our QC standards before dispatch. 2. Inbound QC Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming inventory at warehouses. 3. Defect Management Inspect returns, analyze reasons, and implement corrective actions to reduce defect rates. 4. Process Improvement Establish and refine SOPs for quality control across the supply chain. 5. Customer-Centric Approach – Work with the customer support team to understand complaints and address quality issues at the source. 6. Data & Reporting – Maintain defect reports, track trends, and share insights to enhance product quality. What We Are Looking For? 1-3 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or supply chain roles. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data and suggest improvements. Strong coordination skills to work with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams. Passionate about building a high-quality brand from scratch
