Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 610 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in eyewear or precision assembly/fitting roles. Education: B.tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Proven leadership in manpower management and shop floor supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in RCA and quality tools. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma practices is an added advantage.
