Role & responsibilities Warmly interact with customers and provide expert styling advice. Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets . Provide product suggestions tailored to customer preferences to ensure tangible conversion to sales . Support day-to-day retail operations, merchandising, and inventory upkeep. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 years of sales experience in womens ethnic wear (sarees, lehengas, Indo-western, or unstitched suits). Prior employment with an established retail house having a turnover of 20 Cr or more . Strong product knowledge and ability to make appropriate styling suggestions . Excellent communication, client-handling, and upselling skills. Willingness to work overtime when required .
