Software Engineer II (QA) We are hiring Software Engineers to deliver world-class digital experiences across conversational and personalized customer touchpoints. You will work with Product Managers, Experience Designers, Architects, and fellow Engineers to modernize and build innovative solutions that align with team vision and strategy. The engineering work will leverage multi-cloud platforms, human-centered design, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices to deliver high-velocity, high-quality experiences. Team Overview Conversational Experiences Team : This team delivers digital customer-facing shopping experiences powered by AI. The focus is on building humanized and personalized product discovery through natural, conversational interactions across digital platforms. This includes leveraging generative content and immersive UX to enhance customer engagement. Personalization Experiences Team : This team builds backend services to personalize the customer journey across all touchpoints including shopping, purchase, membership, and service engagements. Solutions are driven by customer data and experimentation to tailor services and create deeper, long-term relationships through measurable impact.
