Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of the organisation. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. · Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. · Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. · Manage content creation, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing. · Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on insights and data. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design. · Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources. · Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. Qualifications and Skills · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role. · Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. · Proven experience in lead generation and nurturing qualified prospects. · Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and CRM software. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
