It is envisaged to safeguard the organization and the management against legal proceedings / litigations by having comprehensively drafted legal documents, advising / updating all departments / managements of new developments / amendments in law and identifying situations for which legal actions need to be initiated. External: Interface with customers / courts / solicitor firms for legal proceedings. Interface with Government agencies / Landlords / Institutional bodies. Interface with External Vendors/ Legal Agencies for all elements pertaining to the execution of contracts and legal obligations. Bachelors of Law (L.L.B.) / Law Graduate. Minimum 6 to 12 years of relevant experience. Expected Competencies: Proven research and analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment.
