Your Role: As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will collaborate with internal colleagues from the Henkel digital-experience/IT-team, business and external consultants to manage, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce Service Cloud Instance post-implementation on a global scale. You will be analyzing business requirements, developing designs, supporting configuring the platform and maintaining the Service Cloud. You will test and deploy changes in an existing branching strategy (sandbox & production environments) through Azure DevOps, where you will secure a running Pipeline and Version Control. You will become the responsible contact for IT-operations providing user support by troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and resolving tickets. In addition, you will drive continuous improvements, write technical specifications or new technical user stories while supporting the full BizDevOps lifecycle of a product/IT application. You will be responsible for feature development: Design, develop and deliver new Salesforce features across the Salesforce Service Cloud using a mix of High-Code, Low-Code, and No-Code solutions. Configuring custom objects, fields, flows, and automation as needed. You will be used to propose and implement improvements to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and drive user adoption. As a Salesforce Service cloud developer you are used to ensure that all code retains logical stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of client systems as in accordance with client policies and procedures. You will code projects using existing code standards and conventions, or similar best practice documentation. You should be experienced in writing and maintaining unit tests and assist with the creation and maintenance of automated testing. It is no problem for you to utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform. You stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement new features or enhancements as appropriate. You fully support integration of our Salesforce landscape with the rest of Henkels IT-environment. Ensuring data quality and consistency across integrated systems and maintaining data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, and validation rules. Critical RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement innovative e-marketing campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report performance across multiple channels. Optimize efforts to achieve key objectives, including awareness, interest, and demand generation for our services/products. Oversee digital platforms, including but not limited to website, landing pages, marketing automation, and social media. Collaborate with various stakeholders within the Marketing and Communications team to ensure the successful execution of projects and campaigns. essential duties and responsibilites: Project manage implementation of marketing campaigns utilizing multiple marketing channels and touchpoints Design, build, and execute email campaigns using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including segmentation, dynamic content, and automation rules. Develop and maintain nurture programs and customer journeys. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and lead scoring models. Create reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Implement A/B testing strategies and continually optimize for better engagement and conversion. Ensure email templates are mobile-optimized and follow branding and accessibility guidelines. Oversee list hygiene, growth and segmentation using target client profiles. Liaison with marketing support on database management efforts, including list imports, deduplication, and segmentation. Stay up to date with Pardot and Salesforce feature updates, best practices, and compliance regulations Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, with experience in campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting Proven ability to manage multiple programs, campaigns, and roadmaps Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools in Salesforce/Pardot. Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing or related field Experience with HTML/CSS preferred. Pardot Specialist certification is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Preferred qualifications: Ability to build relationships with key internal customers, including executive leadership Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment managing multiple priorities Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation, social networks and other creative messaging venues.
