Job Posting Description About The Role Blackbaud is hiring a Manager of Software Development to cultivate and lead engineering teams that develop, test, deploy, and maintain Blackbauds products. This role will work to establish and adhere to engineering best practices, identify critical gaps in development processes, create and own strategic projects, and empower teams. What Youll Do Work in an agile development environment leading one or more engineering teams.
