Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, preparing detailed event plans, suggesting creative decor ideas, coordinating with venues and vendors, managing budgets, overseeing event execution on the big day, and providing post-event summaries. Your role will involve end-to-end wedding planning and execution, ensuring that every detail is meticulously taken care of. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in luxury and North Indian wedding planning, and a strong command of English, Hindi, and Malayalam. You should possess excellent communication, time management, and creative thinking skills, as well as a good vendor network comprising florists, photographers, and artists. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with a deep understanding of cultural and religious wedding practices. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for creating premium, emotion-driven weddings that leave a lasting impression. The Event Production & Warehouse Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of event decor and production assets from warehouse inventory to on-site execution. This role includes managing warehouse operations, supervising setup and dismantling at event sites, guiding labour teams, and ensuring high standards in event dcor production. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock control, and asset maintenance. Maintain organized storage of decor items, props, production elements, and tools. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits. Ensure proper packaging and loading for safe transport. Event Decor Production Coordinate with the design and production teams to prepare event decor materials as per event plans. Ensure all decor elements are quality-checked and event-ready. Organize pre-event decor mockups or sample setups when needed. Logistics & Dispatch Plan and execute timely dispatch and return of materials for events. Manage delivery schedules and vehicle routing for multiple events. Communicate proactively with event coordinators regarding logistics. On-Site Supervision Supervise setup and dismantling of decor and production elements at the event site. Ensure layouts and decor are executed as per approved designs and timelines. Troubleshoot any on-site production issues efficiently. Labour Management Lead and guide skilled and unskilled labourers during warehouse tasks and event setups. Assign duties and ensure safety, discipline, and productivity of the team on-site. Train crew on decor handling, packing/unpacking, and on-site assembly procedures.
