You are a Developer with 2-4 years of experience who possesses configuration skills and understands the declarative programming approach along with point & click functionality such as Workflows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts. You have the ability to configure Out-of-the-Box (OOB) functionality using CWB (configuration workbook) and can also configure custom reports using the OOB SFDC report builder. Your expertise includes understanding the SFDC Security model encompassing Roles, Profiles, and Sharing Rules. You have hands-on experience with Apex and Visualforce and possess a good understanding of the data model. Ideally, you are Dev401 or ADM201 certified.
