You will channel your enthusiasm into decoding people, culture, and context to uncover real insights. Additionally, you will apply strategic skill to craft brand thinking that moves work forward with purpose and clarity, leading brand strategy across campaigns digital, mainline, and everything in between. You will dive into consumer behavior, pop culture, and data to mine insights that fuel big ideas. Collaboration with creative, design, media, and client teams to ensure seamless execution will also be a key part of your role. Building decks and narratives that are strategic, sharp, and story-driven, as well as helping develop campaign platforms and guiding them from brief to execution, are crucial responsibilities. Furthermore, you will mentor junior strategists and be a thought partner to creatives and account leads alike. The ideal candidate for this role will have 6-8 years of experience in brand or creative strategy, preferably within an agency environment. You should be equal parts analytical and intuitive, with a strong grasp of cultural nuance and digital behavior. Your decks should not just list information; they should tell stories and spark imagination. You should be able to move easily between big-picture thinking and granular execution. Being collaborative, articulate, and confident is essential someone who adds value in every room. The ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn it into structured, strategic clarity is highly valued. Most importantly, you should bring your own unique character, energy, and craft into everything you do. Bonus points if you have worked across both legacy and challenger brands, know how to scale strategy across content, campaigns, and platforms, or have built pitch decks or case studies that have made people take notice.
