Work Location Chennai/Hyderabad/Noida Work Model Hybrid Shift Timing 2 PM to 11 PM- IST Experience 8+ Yrs Job Description Lead and deliver complex PEGA projects, including Business Process Management (BPM), Case Management, and Decisioning implementations. Design and architect scalable PEGA solutions using best practices for reusability and maintainability. Extensive experience in Decisioning Analyze business requirements, translate them into effective PEGA solutions, and provide thought leadership to clients. Develop and implement PEGA solutions using PEGA Platform Infinity 8.x, including PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Cosmos React UI, Dx-API, and Business Rules Engine (BRE). Integrate PEGA applications with external systems and databases using SOAP, REST, EJB, and various APIs. Optimize database interactions and ensure efficient workflow management. Manage and troubleshoot PEGA applications, analyze logs (PEGA, Splunk), and implement robust exception handling. Implement access control, security measures, and follow secure coding practices. Provide expertise in J2EE, XML, Microservices, and Java development. Possess a deep understanding of multi-channel business architectures (CRM, web, mobile) and their integration with PEGA applications. Stay up-to-date on PEGA best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IT application development. 8+ years of experience as a PEGA Developer with a proven track record of success. Experience with Job schedulers, Queue Processors, Bulk Processing, and Kafka. Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML). Experience with reporting and database interaction optimization. Familiarity with security vulnerabilities and secure coding practices. UI design/navigation experience (a plus). Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale PEGA applications. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
