Apply best practices for project management, business analysis, and requirements capture by effectively identifying, assessing, documenting, and communicating business requirements. Act as the bridge between Tax Operations, Technology, and Product Development. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities JIRA and Agile Methodology Experience. Transformational mindset with the ability to work with key stakeholders and senior leaders. Strong hands-on experience in managing cross-functional, multi-year projects. Experience designing business processes and decision models, using Signavio. Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities Post Graduate and/or MBA (Finance) and related industry benchmark certifications. Knowledge of Investment Bank businesses. Knowledge of US Tax forms, CRS, and FATCA regimes. Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or UI path.
