Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director Location: Kolkata Reports To: Managing Director Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director (MD). The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the MDs office. The ideal candidate must demonstrate discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Prepare agendas, minutes, and action points for meetings and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of the MD’s directives. Track, prioritize, and manage multiple projects assigned by the MD. Organize business events, conferences, and client meetings as required. Conduct research, compile data, and provide briefs to support the MD’s decision-making. Monitor deadlines, commitments, and deliverables, ensuring accountability across teams. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or related field. 5-7 years of experience out of which 3-4 years of handling EA to Director/ MD/Chairman role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude. Should know English, Hindi and Bengali.
