Job Title : Field Officer – Sales & Collection (FOS) Department : Sales & Marketing Location : Tumakuru City in Karnataka Reporting To : Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager Job Summary: The Field Officer – Sales (FOS) is responsible for generating leads, customer acquisition, Collection , and managing client relationships in the assigned area. The role involves traveling within a defined territory to meet potential customers, explain products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers. Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups on leads. Assist customers in completing application forms and required documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and post-sale service. Conduct promotional activities and participate in local campaigns or marketing events. Maintain regular updates and reports on daily field activities and customer feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Educate customers about new products, schemes, Key Skills & Competencies: Good communication native language Ability to work independently and under pressure. Basic knowledge of local geography and customer base. Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset. Familiarity with smartphones Qualifications: Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduation (preferred). 0–2 years of field sales experience (freshers may also apply). Experience in microfinance, fintech, NBFC, telecom, or FMCG sector is an advantage. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
