Job Title: Plant Head -Tin Can Manufacturing Location: Daman, India Experience: 10+ years in Tin Can / Metal Packaging / Printing & Packaging / Metal Drums Manufacturing business Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead daily operations of our Tin Can manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must be execution-focused with strong leadership and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate with HODs of Printing , Component , and Can Assembly departments. Ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations, shift transitions, and production continuity. Implement and monitor plant OPEX controls and drive continuous improvements in efficiency. Handle quality complaints , implement CAPA , and establish robust quality systems. Lead customer audits and ISO audits , ensuring all compliance parameters are met. Oversee factory upkeep, safety, security , and statutory maintenance. Maintain strong connects with die, tool, and machinery suppliers (domestic & international). Stay updated on technological innovations in the Tin Can industry. Communicate with clients on technical matters, especially quality-related issues . Ensure regular PMS are done to ensure upkeep of all the machines. Candidate Profile: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of hands-on experience leading a plant in the Tin Can , Metal Packaging , Printing & Packaging / or Metal Drum Barrels industry. Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
