We are currently seeking applications for the position of Associate- Application AWS Support L1. As a member of the Cora support team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of customer-reported issues and ensuring their resolution. Your responsibilities in this role will include: - Demonstrating knowledge of the Genpact AWS Archival solution - Understanding and effectively analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the AWS Archival solution - Utilizing Java script and Python for writing automations and data reconciliation - Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues - Following standard procedures for the escalation of unresolved issues - Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers - Ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues - Preparing accurate and timely reports - Providing and documenting RCA & corrective actions on repetitive issues for a permanent fix - Offering guidance and support to other IT team members - Building, developing, and maintaining updated user self-help documentation and quick reference guides - Enabling users to handle activities on their own Qualifications we are looking for in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent in IT (B.Tech, M.C.A., B.Sc. IT, B.C.A.) - Experience in Salesforce Cloud-based applications - Knowledge of JAVA - Ability to support applications built on the Salesforce Platform and integrated with various systems - Proficiency in managing Salesforce Schedular Jobs, Apex Jobs, SOQL, Process Builder, Custom Object, Reports, Data Loader, Permissions & profile, Audit, Debug application - Understanding of support processes, issue management, and ticket management Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to resolve issues - Excellent customer-facing skills and technical capabilities for troubleshooting applications and implementing new technologies - Ensuring project issues are raised and resolved in a timely manner - Ability to drive compliance & process adherence If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of global enterprises, we encourage you to apply for this role.
