Debt Collector

As a Debt Counsellor in the Banking / Financial Services industry, your role will involve a combination of voice and blended activities. Your compensation for this position will range from 25,000 to 40,000 per month. Key Responsibilities: - Follow up on broken PTPs to maximize recovery while maintaining trust. - Coordinate with legal and field teams to ensure smooth resolution of overdue cases. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery actions. - Ensure all communication complies with RBI guidelines and internal policies. - Act as a borrower-first representative, focusing on building trust and enabling. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Hindi + Tamil or Telugu or Kannada (preferred) for language skills. - 1-3 years of experience in customer service or collections, with experience in debt recovery or related roles as a plus. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain patient and respectful. - Borrower-centric mindset with the ability to understand borrower challenges and provide solutions without harassment. - Willingness to work with empathy, placing the borrower's needs and dignity at the forefront. - Good record-keeping and coordination skills.
